1) ​Recieve request for estimate from homeowner

• Contact homeowner to schedule a time to come bid the project

 

2) Project Proposal

• Meet the homeowner at their property to bid the project

• Determine their wants/needs for the project

• Answer any questions they may have

• Determine a budget

 

3) Design

• Determine the layout/design for the project

• Supply homeowner with vendors we work with for their selections (tile, flooring, carpet, lighting, etc.)

• Designer and architech on call (if needed)

 

4) Review Proposal

• Go over final proposal/plan

• Determine a schedule for the project

• Sign the buliding contract 

• Set payment schedule 

• Recieve retainer to start the project

 

5) Construction
